About Us

Inis Communications is run by director Trish Hegarty. After 14 years in the print and broadcast industries - mainly The Irish Times and the BBC - Trish set up Inis Communications, a PR and Media agency serving clients in Donegal and Derry in particular, in the wider North West and across the island.  

At Inis Communications, we do PR for print, broadcast and online media, with particular expertise in tourism, marine, arts, culture, energy and voluntary sectors, as well as economic and rural development and SMEs.

 

Donna McDade is Executive Officer with Inis Communications and her background is in administration, corporate sponsorship, IT and Social Networking Training.

 

Our Digital Content  Team

We offer Website and Social Media packages and run in-house and external Digital Content Training Courses, as part of the extension of our services across digital media. 

Trish Hegarty delivers the training on writing and editing quality website and social media content, news sources, recording and editing audio for posting online, and planning your online PR.

Donna McDade provides training on technical tips to save time when posting to your website and social media- including advanced Facebook training - as well as training on practical tools to help improve the way you manage your website and social media.

Paul McClintock has worked for all the local television stations as a freelance cameraman and editor. He has also produced promotional videos and television adverts for ITV in Great Britain.

Timmy Gibson and Tommy Conway are award-winning music producers, who run their own recording studios and music engineering courses at Full Tilt Studios, Mountain Top, Letterkenny. They will deliver the training on using music with audio and video content and creating and posting your own ads.
